Heroes in a half shell, turtle power!

This cake brought back sweet memories of watching TMNT as a kid everyday after school!  I had heard that a reboot of TMNT was out in theatres and so, was not surprised when I was asked to make a TMNT themed cake.  The new turtles definitely look edgier but I think I prefer the old school version of these guys.  These old school Turtle figurines were sculpted out of fondant.
