All cakes are frosted with Italian Buttercream (unless Ganache or Vegetarian Buttercream is requested).  Italian Buttercream is buttery but also light.  It’s sweet, but not tooth-achingly sweet.  There is no powdered sugar in Italian Buttercream, so there is none of the grittiness or crunchiness that you will typically find in American Style Buttercream – just glorious satiny-smooth delightfulness!

AMARETTO   Flavoured with Amaretto liqueur and almond extract.
IRISH CREAM   Flavoured with Irish Cream liqueur and Irish Cream extract.
HAZELNUT*   Made with finely ground roasted hazelnut and hazelnut extract.
PEANUT BUTTER   Made with all natural smooth peanut butter.
SALTED CARAMEL   A classic pairing of fleur de sel and caramel.
MAPLE   Flavoured with pure maple syrup and maple extract.
BANANA*   Made with a delicious banana cream (advanced notice required).
COCONUT   Made with coconut cream and coconut extract.
ORANGE GINGER   A lovely pairing of sweet orange curd and fresh ginger.
LEMON   Made with a sweet and tangy lemon curd.
MANGO*   A wonderful tropical flavour made with mango puree.
STRAWBERRY/RASPBERRY/BLUEBERRY/BLACKBERRY   Choose a blend of berries or just one! Made with fresh berry puree (seasonal).
