I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I love making children’s birthday cakes.  They are almost always bursting with colours – and these cakes were no exception!  I was asked to make two Madagascar 3 themed cakes for a little girl turning 3 – A circus themed cake and a shipping crate themed cake.

The circus themed cake had both vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream.  The shipping crate cake was an eggless chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.
