Today is my mom’s birthday. For her birthday, I made a Raspberry Charlotte. I wanted to put a little more effort into the cake though, so I decided to make the cake from scratch. This meant making the lady fingers instead of using store bought ones. I’m so glad I did. They turned out great and I had enough left over to make Tiramisu! In addition to the lady fingers, vanilla cream, and glazed raspberry topping, I also made a Raspberry Crèmeux layer.
