This cake was made for one of Elliott’s daycare teacher’s father’s 70th Birthday.  One of his favourite things to do is canoeing on a canoe that he built himself.  Both the canoe and person was made from modelling chocolate.  The cake was half Chocolate Cake and half Vanilla Bean Cake and iced with a Classic Vanilla Buttercream.
