I’ve made many birthday cakes for a lovely little girl Caira.  I alway look forward to making her cakes because she always picks fun themes!  This year she did not disappoint with choosing a Hatchimals design.  If you do not know what Hatchimals are, they were the 2016 Christmas Toy must have.  They are these magical creatures that live in eggs until you help them hatch.  This cake was a Classic Chocolate Cake with Strawberry Buttercream.  Hatchimal toppers were made from fondant.
