When I asked my niece what kind of birthday cake she wanted for her 3rd birthday, she said “Anna”.  So, another frozen cake it is!  I wanted to do something a little different though.  Since Norah is turning 3, I thought it would be appropriate to make a “Little Anna” figurine.  Actually, my favourite song from Frozen is “Do you want to build a snowman?” sung by little Anna so it was a lot of fun sculpting her.  Little Anna is made of modeling chocolate.  The 2 tiered cake is a chocolate cake with both Strawberry and Chocolate buttercream.
