One of my most favourite things to do for Christmas is to make decorated shortbread.  They make wonderful and delicious treats for people of all ages!  I decided to make Nutcracker shortbread cookies for everyone at Elliott’s Daycare.  I stuck to 3 accent colours to keep a theme but also added sanding sugars and different designs to keep the set interesting.
