Just when I thought the Frozen frenzy had been over I got a request for an Olaf cake.  I was absolutely thrilled to make it since I had not made an Olaf themed cake yet.  Olaf was made from modelling paste.  All other decorations were made from fondant.  The cake was a Classic Chocolate Cake with Mocha Buttercream and Dark Chocolate Ganache.
