Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing on Rainbows

This year, my niece Norah asked for a Unicorn Cake.  But not the same kind of unicorn cake that her sister had last year.  She wanted a different one.  My sister in law told me about a phrase that she often said ~ “Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing On Rainbows”.  So I googled the phrase and found the character and song (which turned out to be such an ear worm!).  Meet Fluffle Puff, a pink fluffy unicorn who likes to dance on rainbows!  All decorations were made from fondant.

This cake was a classic chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. I folded in some Strawberry Crisp Pearls to the buttercream to give a little crunchy texture (the birthday girl loved them ~ “What are these yummy little crunchy balls?”).
